Import Reviews upload cURL error 28

Hi, thanks for the plugin!

When entering Import page on Step 3 section I get the following error:

Step 3: Upload template with your reviews
The loopback request to your site failed. This means that import of reviews will not be working as expected. If you would like to use the import utility, please contact your hosting provider and request them to enable loopback requests for your site.
Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

The error it´s there upon entering Import page.

I already contacted my host’s support team as advised but they the tell me that loopback requests are enabled and working fine on my server.

Any idea on what can be wrong?
