Import process only displays page header

    After browsing and selecting an XML file from a WordPress export, when I click on ‘Upload file and import’ the page changes to the WordPress dashboard page with a single header on the page – ‘Import WordPress’.

    The URL of the old posts is blog.bi.com and the new URL is bidotcomnew.bi.com. I’ve tried uploading both the unmodified XML output as well as the same XML file modified to the new URL.

    I’m thinking that this is a server file permissions issue but am unclear as to where the input process saves the XML file before processing.
