# Import Process Interrupted with Astra Starter Templates

 * When I try to “Import Complete Site” for the “Mountain” Template, I see this 
   message after a bit of time:
 * “Import Process Interrupted
    Your website is facing a temporary issue in connecting
   the template server. Read article to resolve the issue and continue importing
   template.”
 * I tried this last night and again today and it has the same result.
 * I’m trying to follow Tyler Moore’s YouTube video tutorial which includes this
   plugin.
 * Please Help 🙂

 * I have discovered a workaround. The error occurs in Microsoft Edge, however, 
   when I run it in Chrome it works!!!
