 * Hello im having problems to upload my old files blog to my new blog , when i 
   upload it , this message appears.
 * Import WordPress
    Sorry, there has been an error.
 * Unable to create directory D:\Inetpub\webs\apuestas1porcientocom/wp-content/uploads/
   2007/09. Is its parent directory writable by the server?
 * and i need to solve, please help me.
