Import problem

Hello!

I am using the WP Staging Pro plugin. In the process to put mu staging site to the production site they use your plugin to keep my orders safe. So I did the export from my production site but when I want to import the orders on my staging site nothing happens and I get an error that says: 500 Internal Server Error nginx

What can I do with this error?
