   csv file? It will be a nice feature to have

 * Yes you can create a process to fetch question from csv,xml and json, All the
   import must be store in ex_questions table, I would recommend to take a look 
   on the table structure first. you can do this by writing custom php code and 
   by extending plugin from it’s core.

   of csv format before importing anything.
