  • Try removing the URLS (http://domain.com) from the file so it is only the /page-name-old and /page-name-new

That fixed it for me as I was experiencing the same problem.

Thanks for the suggestion ladylolauren but no joy.

Unfortunately I need the domain on the old URLs. I tried removing the domain on the new ones but with no luck.

Any input from the plugin author…recognise this isn’t your day job but any quick thoughts would be appreciated? Thanks.

    Hello dukejohnbob,

I have exactly the same problem…

Because of an error, I had to uninstall and re-install the plugin. I had saved before the redirections in a CSV file.

Now, when I try to import the data I get the following message : “the following 499 redirections were successfully imported”. But when I go to the “Redirections” tab, there are no redirections ! There is no error message, but no redirection is never imported.

I tried many and many things and I finally found !

I created a group, then I imported the file into that group. I get a blank page with a php error but all the redirections were well imported !

I hope that it can help you.

    Thanks Valérie,

Unfortunately due to a time constraint I had to switch to another plugin as I couldn’t find a solution at the time.

Pleased you found a solution, though not good that the only way to make it work results in a PHP error 🙁

    Hello dukejohnbob,

    Thank you for your answer.

The php error was not so serious in fact because when I reloaded the page, it disappeared.

I hope that your another plugin works fine. I’m sorry that you couldn’t solve your problem with the redirection plugin earlier…

    Have a nice day !
