# Import not working

 * I am loving the plugin, but just noticed: I can export markers (and maps, etc.),
   but clicking “Import” does nothing. Nothing pops up asking me to select a file,
   and no logs appear in the devtools console in Firefox. Any advice on how I might
   further troubleshoot this? I have about 100 markers I’d like to import, and they
   already happen to be in a CSV.
 * I am running WordPress 7.1.1, and Easy Google Maps is at 1.14.6.
 * Easy Google Maps -> Overview -> Server Settings shows the following, if it’s 
   any use:

 * Thanks for the detailed report, and for taking the time to write down the environment.
   That saves us a round of questions.
   The Import button doing nothing at all, with
   no dialog and nothing in the console, is not something we can reproduce on our
   side, so we cannot point at one known cause yet. The details you sent describe
   the server well, but they do not show what happens on the page when you click
   Import, and that is the part that will tell us where it breaks.Could you please
   open a ticket with us through our support form at [https://supsystic.com/contact-us/](https://supsystic.com/contact-us/)
   and reference this thread?
 * That way we can look at the actual behaviour with you. In most cases like this
   we end up needing temporary WordPress admin access, so we can click Import on
   your site ourselves, watch the request, and see whether a theme or another plugin
   is interfering before the file dialog opens. Please do not post any access details
   here in a public forum, we will ask for them privately in the ticket.
   Please 
   include the same WordPress and plugin versions, and mention that you are importing
   around 100 markers from a CSV.
