Import not working

    I have the premium version and the import from an Excel template function isn’t working. No matter what file I upload, or how it is formatted (including the test file provided by Admin a while back when resolving another user’s PHP issue with the import function), I get the following error: There was an error uploading the file. Please try again.

    Please help!

    Hi alexandrasmith1021,

    We have previously seen such an error message due to directory permissions issue. Could you check if you have the right permissions set for the temporary upload directory (you can find the directory by looking for the option “upload_tmp_dir” from the php.ini file). Also, please check this directory for permissions “wp-content/plugins/ultimate-product-catalogue/product-sheets/”. The permissions should be set to “rwxr-xr-x” (0755 in octal) if they are not currently set to 0755. You may use FTP client such as WinSCP or FileZilla to check and set the permissions or you may contact your website host.
