# Import Not Working

 * Have been using this for quite sometime with no problems until today.
 * I use the tracking feature on [https://legacy.aftership.com/trackings](https://legacy.aftership.com/trackings)
   to check on failed deliveries etc. but today no information has been imported
   from my site.
 * Checked the connection, API etc all good. Tried a manual import which says it’s
   been successful but still nothing showing.
 * Any ideas??
