Import Joomla .JPA file into WordPress

    I have a backup of my old Joomla website, saved as a .JPA file.

    I’ve seen a few plugins that are built to transfer Joomla sites to WordPress but none of them seem to simply import a .JPA file.

    Can anyone suggest an easy way to do this? I’m not a coder, just a regular user.

    As an extra bit of info I should probably explain that I’ve already installed the ‘FG Joomla to WordPress’ plug-in but it seems to need the Joomla website to still be online and active. This is not the case, I only have the .JPA file to work with. So any other fix that needs the site to be live won’t work either.
