Support » Plugin: WooCommerce » Import JASON data to Woocommerce

  • Resolved pettep

    Hi guys,

I use Zoho CRM as a data source for Woocommerce websites. Currently I use API v1 to request an XML via URL from Zoho CRM and via All import WP plugin I import the data into Woocommerce.

Now as Zoho released a new API v2, which does not support xml anymore, I need to switch to JSON REST API. For more info please check

I cannot find any WP plugin that could do the job with JSON a similar way All import handles xml/csv files.

Note: I found only JSON Content Importer plugin – but as the author wrote me, it could not import data to woocommerce. The only way to use this plugin is to download the data in JASON, then convert it to xml and then via the All Import plugin import the data into woocommerce. But this seems rather complicated to me, because I use approx. 20 import definitions for several websites (and in two languages) and I need a user-friendly solution so that the import can be run by a common WP user (no need to call any IT guy).

Did anyone in this forum have to solve something similar? And what solution worked the best for you?

Thank you for any advice and/or a WP plugin recommendation.

    Hello @pettep,

I’m not sure if you’re still looking for a solution here, but one option would be to use Zapier as a bridge between WooCommerce and Zoho. There is an extension that can help you set that up (

The plugin solutions that I have seen send data from WooCommerce to Zoho, but it sounds like you’re more interested in sending data the other way and I didn’t see support for that outside of Zapier.

    Just a thought

    Hi @3sonsdevelopment,

Thanks for the suggestion, but it seems to me that Zapier is the Woocommerce to Zoho data transfer plugin and I need it the other way around.

    Hey @pettep,

Another option would be to convert the JSON files to CSV or XML. There is an online tool that can do that for you at

If Zapier only works one way in this instance, I’m not aware of an existing automatic solution. But you can convert the files manually and then upload them after that.
