    Hello Javier,
    Will your plugin allow importing of a list into WooCommerce Customer list?

    Tested your plugin and it imported a list of users correctly into WordPress Users.

    Is there a way to specify the list is added to the WooCommerce customer list instead? Or is there a way to migrate the imported User list into the WooCommerce user list?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    @seamusberkeley,

    Here I think the problem is the following.

    WooCommerce only considers customers who have made a purchase. So even if you create users with customer role, they will not appear in that list if they have not made an order (just as users who buy as anonymous without making WordPress account do appear in that list).

    Thank you for your fast reply, Javier!

    So even thought the customer list is for existing customers in Acuity, they will not be allowed to be added to WooCommerce list?

    If they can’t be added with your plugin, do you have any suggestions on any other method to import a customer list to WooCommerce?

    I’m not entirely sure how WooCommerce generates that list, but if it does indeed look like you need to have an order for a customer to check out, you’ll have to create “dummy” orders somehow for all the users you import. But this plugin, that doesn’t do it.
