Import has created duplicate imports & total product / updates do not match

    Hi

    I was wondering if anyone has come across this issue in the free version of WooCommerce. I’m using the built-in import/export.

    I have imported a CSV file with 9 variables (Products) and 138 variations. In reality, the import created 9 Variables and 264 variations. Basically, it has duplicated most of the variations.

    I have a screen print the upload which states that 13 products have been uploaded with 134 products updated. Totally different from what has actually happened.

    I’ve been through the export reports and reconciled them, once I remove all the duplicate variations then the CSV file upload and export do match.

    I have logged this with woo but as it’s free I think I’m supposed to come here first.

    Any ideas on what to do – My site is updated, is this a known bug??

    Hi,

    This is not a bug. Free version doesn’t have support for the Variation Import. Kindly upgrade to the Pro version to get the support for the Variation Import.
