That button should appear automatically if you had the previous theme installed Zerif Lite.
Were you using Zerif Lite just before installing and activating Neve? Did you do any change to Zerif’s folder or were you using any child theme of Zerif?

Nothing was changed, and as I said the “button should appear automatically” was never there.

When I activate Never I do not see any mention Zerif Lite or the word import anywhere, I only see a bunch of other templates I don’t need.
So how do I “easily” import my Zerif Lite site to Neve if an alleged easy button was never there?
How do I import zerif lite over to Zelle if the button that was supposed to be there was never there? The only “answer” I received here was just someone repeating my question saying it was supposed to work. It didn’t.
Is there a real support section someone else for help with this theme, because there is an obvious bug in it and no one knows how to fix it. I suppose that’s why you cancelled the defective Zerif Lite theme, too many unfixable bugs?
