Hi

My Ultimate FAQ plugin conflict with Rank Math. I need to change something but would like to stick to Rankmath.

My only issue. I can download my FAQS in a csv file. Can I import them to your plugin?

Hi @johanhorak ,

You could use any Import plugin to import your faq’s into our CPT.

We do have a written brief guide on it here: https://helpiewp.com/extending-helpie-kb-part1/#WP_ALL_IMPORT , but this was written for our other plugin.

The steps to be followed should be the same, except that you should import the content to “FAQ’s” instead of “Articles”.
