Import with ISBN does not work and no support

    I purchased the pro version to quickly populate my books database using the ISBN lookup feature. It does not work. If I have to copy and paste all the books data individually, I may as well create a template that will be better designed than the ones offered by default. The Amazon affiliate program somewhat facilitates this process but the advertised ISBN lookup feature would have been a real treat.
    Support promises tickets will be answered quickly however, some of them have been open for months. Will try to get a refund directly from my credit card company.
