It is possible that the format of your CSV file is not correct. Have you used the example templates that you can download to update the points?
In any case, please feel free to open a ticket at contact@gamipress.com and add the CSV file to check the format you are using.

Yes the template is exactly the one I download, in the template there are a few example with my ID, username and email, I upload this without make any changing but not work.
