It is not a premium feature, certainly it is a free feature but WP Docs plugin just link the files to the directories. It never move files from one location to another, make sure if your folders are appearing with the correct hierarchy and the files inside them. Also please confirm if those files are existing int he media library or not?
The files are not in the media library, instead they are in the mdocs subfolder inside the uploads folder.
Actually mdocs folder with its files will remain at the same place but those files will start appearing under the relevant folders using WP Docs plugin, can you please use help tab to schedule a meeting with me so I can check it with you?
