    It’s not possible to say what’s wrong given the provided information. Most probably the CSV file is not properly formatted. Please provide more info if you need help.

    I have the same problem. I exported from getresponse and when I import shows no email or name.
    You said that not possible to say whats wrong cvs file is not formatted right but on your form it asks which column is name and which is email. I know the name is B and the Email is C, just two columns so how could that not be formatted right.

    Hope you can tell me whats going on, I have went through ten of these trying to find one I like before I buy, just about out of options besides going back to getresponse or phplist.

    I don’t even want an answer after reading all the support tickets here. Let me guess what your response it.

    Well it’s not our software cause no one else has that problem. Lmao
    If you can’t support your software get it off wordpress.
