Import fails – 'problem while reaching your server'

I get this message when attempting to import a .wpress file

I am exporting and importing using WordPress 4.4.2 and the latest version of All-in-one.

I am importing to a WordPress install in a Plesk environment.

The All-in-one error logs states this:
