Hi @churchinchicago,
Could you please share your importing CSV file and the screenshot of your import mapping screen?
Hi @webtoffee,
Sorry, I don’t know how to attach files to my message. Can you let me know?
Thanks
Instead of attaching files to my message, here’s the importing CSV (actually txt) file:
“sku”,”stock”,”regular_price”
“0310241464”,1.00,16.97
“0310341515”,2.00,22.99
“0310370000”,1.00,16.95
“0664241611”,0.00,8.95
“0736300384”,2.00,12.00
And here is the import mapping screen:
Row SKU Product Status Msg
X 1 0 – Failed to import product
X 2 0 – Failed to import product
X 3 0 – Failed to import product
X 4 0 – Failed to import product
X 5 0 – Failed to import product
Would appreciate your help.

Hi @churchinchicago,
We are able to update the products successfully using your file on our test site without any issues. Kindly make sure that you have enabled the Update option while importing. If the issue persists please share your import log file via support so that we can check it.
I really appreciate your support. I’ve enabled the Update option while importing. I’m not sure what you mean by an import log file. If it is the same as the screen that comes up when running the import process, it is simply the following for each record:
Row: [row number]
SKU: [blank]
Product: 0-
Status Msg: Failed to import product
Let me know what else I can provide.
Hi @churchinchicago,
You can find the import log from Woocommerce>status>logs>csv-import. Please share it with us via support.
I submitted the import log as requested.
