# Import & Export Variable products

 * I am trying to export and import products in my wordpress/woocommerce multisite.
   
   All of our products are variable products and I am having difficulties importing
   the products to a new store. It is giving me this error when I am trying to import
   the products: Sorry, you can’t download this file format. Does woocommerce support
   exporting and importing variable products?

   on this thread so we can take a look at your configuration and check the issue
   further:
 * System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report”
   and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
 * Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System
   Status > Logs (if available).
