# Import & Export not working

 * I’m using free version of Master Slider on https website and at the attempt of
   export, well, nothing really happens. Plugin is trying to connect with demo.averta.
   net, but after a while it stops with few “Failed to load resource: net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE”
   errors on some images.

 * Thank you for choosing Master Slider.
 * Please deactivate all the installed plugins(except Master Slider), then reactivate
   them one by one. After activating each plugin, check out and see if the issue
   persists.

    If the problem persists, you can select the default theme and check
   out again. It’s possible that your theme is causing an issue.
 * Please let me know the result.
