 * I’m trying to import images for products from a csv file. I’ve imported most
   of them but now the ones I’m trying to import are throwing an error, “error getting
   remote image”. I’m not sure why these won’t import when all the others did.
 * I am using the built in importer for Woocommerce but I’ve also tried using the
   CSV import suite and get the same thing.
 * Can someone help me with this? I’ve deactivated all the plugins except for elementor,
   elementor pro and woocommerce. I also tried deactivating everything except woocommerce
   and i used the 2024 theme and I’m still getting the same error.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fimport-error-67%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hello [@kemmieg](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kemmieg/)
 * Where are you trying to pull the images from? If they’re locked on one end or
   not an acceptable format, that may cause an issue.
 * Can you also send over a screenshot of a cell for one or two urls for those images
   that didn’t import?
 * Thanks

 * They are coming from BigCommerce. I checked the url and it threw an error. Do
   you think this is a BigCommerce issue?
 * Here is the link to the screenshot [https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/4aamv4vds7k6k5lbw2ce9/AI-ce18B3645P3vvFF1i-Zo?rlkey=quoq3ydu3mgp3shaok7u1lcwr&st=s5ig0d82&dl=0](https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/4aamv4vds7k6k5lbw2ce9/AI-ce18B3645P3vvFF1i-Zo?rlkey=quoq3ydu3mgp3shaok7u1lcwr&st=s5ig0d82&dl=0)

 * Well, some services block the connection or ability to grab. Like DropBox, Google
   Drive, and so on. So I’m wondering if BC blocks too.
 * Thanks for the screenshot. See the little param after the PNG? That’s the block.
   Not to mention they’re inside a CDN which is protected.
 * [https://cdn11.bigcommerce.com/s-9c3a002bvm/products/4770/images/3679/2_92293.1678729817.386.513.png?a=1](https://cdn11.bigcommerce.com/s-9c3a002bvm/products/4770/images/3679/2_92293.1678729817.386.513.png?a=1)
   will give back a not found. Which means its protected. If you give me the URL
   to the site or view the source of page the original URL might show, but I’m not
   100% sure.

 * I’ll check the live site. This is what the client sent me from BigCommerce. I’ll
   have them get with BC and see if they can remove the block or something.
 * Thank you so much for your help.

 * Some servers have a different parameter for adding to the URL to open it. They’re
   all different. Like DropBox is `/?raw=1` or something like that. Best of luck

 * Hi [@kemmieg](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kemmieg/),
 * Since the error isn’t the importer per se, but the URLs not being accessible
   from the source, I’m marking this thread as resolved while you check for more
   info with BigCommerce.
 * Feel free to [start a new thread](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/#new-topic-0)
   if you have any more questions regarding WooCommerce!
 * Cheers!
