    Hi!

I use the basic version. I’m exporting a file with a user by going to Users -> User Import Export -> Choosing one Role and limiting to one user. The file I get looks like this (I’ve changed the e-mail and password hash):

    “ID”,”user_login”,”user_pass”,”wt_hash”,”user_nicename”,”user_email”,”user_url”,”user_registered”,”display_name”,”first_name”,”last_name”,”user_status”,”description”,”roles”
    “1975”,”Agito”,”$P$BexxoZ4rkxxFVOdK/RWxxCVRE5s/uiE.”,”no”,”agito”,”xxxx@xxxxx.xx”,””,”2020-04-07 15:05:29″,”Agito”,””,””,””,””,”arbetsgivare”

When I try to import it again I get:
“Basic version supports only ‘,’ as delimiter. Your file’s delimiter seems to be unsupported.”

I don’t get it. I’m exporting my users using your plugin but it can’t seem to re import them again, or am I doing something wrong?

    With best regards,

    bb

    Hi @bba01,

This version of the plugin only supports importing CSV files having a comma(,) as the delimiter. When you edited the CSV file in your spreadsheet application the delimiter might have changed to a different symbol other than a comma. Kindly make sure that the delimiter used in your CSV file is a comma symbol( , ).

If the issue persists please share your importing CSV file. You may please share it with us by uploading to Google Drive or any similar service and sharing the link. Or else you may please send it to us via support.

    Hi!

I tried again with your updated version and now it works. However it doesn’t work with the user roles. The imported account gets no user role for this site. I’ve created a new user role using RegistrationMagic plugin. The name is “Läkare” and the key is “lakare”. The role has inherited the permissions from the Subscriber role.

I’ve double checked that the role name and key matches on both sites.

Is this a bug in the plugin?

    With best regards,

    bb

    Hi @bba01,

We tried setting up the RegistrationMagic plugin in our test environment with the role you mentioned and were able to import users with the role “Läkare”. Here is the CSV file that we used to import the user. Could you please share your CSV file with the user details removed from it?

    Hi!

Tried again and it doesn’t work. I need to say that I have woocommerce installed on the export site but not on the import site. So when exporting I leave shipping_* and billing_* tables not checked = not exported.

Here is the export file, I’ve changed the password hash, and first / second name to Mr / Smith. Also e-mail changed. Nothing else changed.
