    Hi Jackie,

    I have replied to your support ticket saying if the plugin logged you out after the import completed?
    Have you saved permalinks twice?

    I am having same issues. Saved permalinks twice. What was the solution? Plugin is not logging me out after import.

    I fixed my issue myself by doing a completely clean install and it worked. The support team for this plugin is really good and they’ll respond pretty quickly.

    Hi deanikita,

    If the plugin did not log you out after import, it means the database was not brought over.
    The problem might be from the incomplete backup (connection problem while downloading the file).
    Could you download the backup from your exported site once again?
    I recommend you to download it via FTP (wp-content/ai1wm-backups) instead of clicking the download button.

    Hi Pim,

    I am having the same problem as above, my themes and plugins import, but my database does not.

    I have saved permalinks twice. The site does not log me out after the import. I have upgraded to the unlimited import size plugin. I am importing from my wp-content/ai1wm-backups file. I have tried the export and import a number of times.

    I am sorry to hear that.
    Is it possible that the file you were importing is not a completed backup?
    Could you re-export and re-download from wp-content/ai1wm-backups once again?
