Import does not start, and stuck on 0%

    Hello

    First of all – great plugin and I really considering to buy pro version for my future projects. Everything is simple, self-explained. But, I have a one problem – I need to update couple of posts content and after setting all parameters and Run Import nothing happens, three – four hours – nothing, just stuck on 0%.

    In Chrome developer console error is: Uncaught ReferenceError: wpai_moment is not defined

    Maybe you have a previous experience with this error?

    Hi saneldesign.

    This is usually caused by a cache issue or plugin/theme conflict. Please try clearing your website cache first, and if that doesn’t work then try the import with all other plugins disabled and the default WordPress theme activated.

    If that works, you’ll need to re-activate everything one by one and test to find the culprit.
