Import data issue

    Hello,

    When i import i got below error message from different two site.

    1. An error occurred while fetching file from: https://abc/imports/abc.xml!
    Reason: http_request_failed – cURL error 35: Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s)..

    2. An error occurred while fetching file from: https://cde/imports/cde.xml!
    Reason: http_request_failed – cURL error 35: error:14077438:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:tlsv1 alert internal error.

    Hi,

    please check your import file paths, if they are correct.

    If they are, then the issue is in your servers (blocking the connection to fetch the import files). Either, the server where the import files are hosted or the server where you want to import the data to is blocking the connection.

    I would advise you to contact your hosting company and ask them about these cURL issues. Maybe there is something wrong with the cURL settings on your server… Anyway they should be able to help you out with this issue.

    For which side
    customer side or service provide side.

    For e.x https://cde/imports/cde.xml this is our web server url path.
    Now ddd.com website is our customer side and he is now import data using on click and data will be fetch from https://cde/imports/cde.xml.

    So which side issue?
    our side or customer side.

    Hi,

    is the one click demo import working for other customers (or on your test site)? If yes, then it’s an issue for that particular customer.
