# Import Data Incomplete

 * Good morning. I am transferring a website to a new host. I exported the participants
   DB and verified all data is in the CSV file. When I upload the DB to the new 
   host through WordPress the names fields are blank. Is there something I might
   have neglected?

 * Probably you do not have all your fields set to be included in the CSV. This 
   is configured on the Manage Database Fields page, each field has a CSV selector.
 * That said, exporting a CSV from the plugin may not be the most efficient way 
   to move all the data to a new install. I would suggest instead you go to your
   hosting control panel, open phpMyAdmin and export Participants Database tables
   as an SQL, then import on the new site using phpMYAdmin. This way, you can transfer
   all your field and group definitions along with the participant data.
