# Import CSV Not Working

 * Thanks for the awesome plugin. I am trying to user this plugin in conjunction
   with UserPro ([http://userproplugin.com/userpro/](http://userproplugin.com/userpro/)).
   When UserPro is activated…the import feature does not work. I click browse from
   computer, select the csv and nothing happens. I get the following errors:
 * -Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function admin.js:505

 * I really need to have both plugins functioning correctly in tandem. Turning one
   off and on to accommodate for the other won’t work in my use-case. Any assistance
   would be very helpful.

 * I decided to use WP CSV ([https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-csv/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-csv/))
   instead…because it has no conflict with my current plugins and I’m on a tight
   deadline. Thanks for building and supporting a great plugin.
