 * I’ve been trying to import data for players via different CSV files, and the 
   tool isn’t working – even with the CSV files you provided as examples. =(
    Help
   would be appreciated.

 * Yes,the CSV file follow certain format. You can get sample csv from plugin file
   location itself >> wp-club-manager/dummy-data/club-sample.csv. Give a try.

 * yeah, the problem is that the example file you provided for the players’ import
   isn’t working as well. The problem is the tool.

 * Hi,
 * The import tools need to be formatted correctly and errors are usually caused
   by in correctly formatted CSV files.
 * If you use the support form on my site and send me the CSV file I can take a 
   closer look.
