# Import Coupons does not work

 * Hello-
 * I tried importing coupons based on an export file. I just exchanged the contents
   and left the headers as they were. The import ran through and coupons are created,
   but they don’t have a value, expiration date etc: [http://prntscr.com/h7yreu](http://prntscr.com/h7yreu)
 * Server log says:

 * Hello –
 * thanks for your offer but I solved it today. My Excel automatically changed the“,”
   into an “;” when saving the csv. I opened that in a texteditor and exchanged 
   it back again. Then the import of 500 codes worked fine.
