    Hi,

    I am facing the following issues.

    When importing a table (via a CSV file), the table is created but I am unable to save changes, as it displays the following error:

    Attention: Unfortunately, an error occurred. The table could not be saved to the database properly.

    These errors were encountered:

    table_load_no_post_id_for_table_id [269];
    ajax_save_table_load [269]

    Also, when using table shortcode (for example, on pages created through Elementor), it displays something like [table “269” not found /].

    Furthermore, when I create a new table via the “Add New Table” function, it still shows the following error upon saving.

    Attention: Unfortunately, an error occurred. The table could not be saved to the database properly.

    These errors were encountered:

    table_load_no_post_id_for_table_id [269];
    ajax_save_table_load [269]

    I have already added the “TablePress Extension: Fix corrupted tables” plugin, but none of the above issues have been resolved.

    Hi!

    Thanks for your post and sorry for the trouble!

    If you are getting this errors repeatedly, this indicates that something with your SQL database on the server is somehow broken (or that e.g. other plugins are interfering).

    I therefore recommend to try all this again with all other plugins on your site temporarily deactivated.

    Also, please try using a tool like phpMyAdmin or similar (your webhost company should be offering that, e.g. through the management panel) and apply operations like “ANALYZE”, “REPAIR”, and “OPTIMIZE” on the SQL database tables.

    Best wishes,
    Tobias

    We are experiencing an issue with the display of certain tables created with TablePress 2.3 on WordPress 6.5.

    The error message “[table “” not found /]” appears on the front-end, even though we have copied the shortcodes correctly.

    Can you help us?

    Hi,

    that sounds strange. I’m not sure why that would happen. Can you therefore please try again after temporarily deactivating all other plugins and after switching to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty-Three? That way, we can find what’s causing this.

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi Tobias,

    We have been using the TablePress plugin without any issues for about three years (on two sites that use the same theme and plugins). We noticed the problem when we added the WPML plugin.

    When we deactivate the WPML String Translation, the problem stops. What can we do? For the proper functioning of the site, it is essential for the WPML String Translation to be activated.

    Best Regards

    Hi,

    that’s interesting… I haven’t received any similar reports so far… To investigate this further, can you please get in touch to the email address from the bottom of https://tablepress.org/pricing/?

    Regards,
    Tobias
