# Import?

 * So I all I have left of a an OLD MoveableType blog is the database. I would like
   to import the old entries as posts. I don’t care about the comments or keywords/
   categories. I have tried unsuccesfully to import with a CSV tool. Any other ideas?
 * I have access to the mySQL database that was running the MT blog, but the MT 
   application is LONG GONE.
 * Any ideas are welcome. Thanks!

 * Thannks for the link Samuel B. But that process requres that the MovableType 
   engine be available to create the export file. In this case the MT Engine has
   been nuked — for several reasons beyond the scope of this forum. So what I have
   is a mySQL database that I can export out of.
 * As I mentioned, I have tried the CSV importer, but it have had no luck.
 * Any other ideas?
