Implementing WordPress in an iframe

I have a blog in an iframe here

I DID have javascript in the header to detect if people looked at the blog direct, without the iframe, and then take them straight to the page containing the iframe, but then lost the individual post and showed only the latest post.

Is there some way I can keep the look of my overall site, but have all wordpress links work correctly?
