implement an identity server with wordpress

    Hi guys,
    I have an idea about a product that have many services like shop, learn, blog and etc.
    At the first step, I should have a portal with identity server, that end-users can be register to it for use above services. But I want only one point solution for identity manager and all services use it for authentication/authorization.
    I have below question about this idea:
    1- I want to know, can I use wordpress as a identity server, and another services use it for authN/authZ by the OpenID/OAuth?
    2- If answer of above question is YES, I want to know WHMCS can use wordpress as a identity server by the OpenID/OAuth?
