I am working on changing my photoblog from Pictorialis to WP and everything is good, except for a border problem. I like to have a little border/frame around my images but it is also affecting the smilies, which I don’t want, of course.

I can work around it by limiting the img border to a certain class, but then I would need to edit every post to enclose each img in those div codes. So I am trying to see if there is another way to do it.

The smilies come out with class=’wp-smiley’ in the code, so should I be able to style the smilies using that by adding something like
.wp-smiley img { border: none; } to the css? I’ve tried it, but I can’t get it to work.

My images also upload with a class=centered, and I’ve tried using that too, to no avail.

Any thoughts or ideas on this would be greatly appreciated.

Never mind, I just figured it out! It needs to be img.wp-smiley instead….
