I have checked this plugin “BX slider” in our local server and it’s working. I think a small mistake on your side.
Please follow to below steps.
Step 1: Please check you are passing the same ACF field name on your website.

No they were all correct, I see what the problem was now. i was using this addon for the gallery https://wordpress.org/plugins/navz-photo-gallery/ but it doesn’t work with that. So I switched to the native ACF gallery now & it works. Thanks!
