    Hey Guys

    Imagify service has been down on and off for the last 5 days.
    I triple checked to make sure it wasn’t on my end.

    I saw the Tweets about server errors etc.

    It’s been down for a while today again.

    What’s going on with this service?
    Seems like there may be some major issues.

    Please update ASAP.

    BTW – I’m a big fan of the service so I really hope you are able to get back on track!

    I’ve noticed this too. Are we just supposed to wait?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    Our hosting provider faced a major incident a few hours ago: a fire was declared in one of their DataCenter. Our website is impacted and we’re currently working on a solution. We’ll keep you informed.

    mee too an many customer websites as well and they are very angry because the images slowing down the pages speed of them, so i hope you can fix that fast…or i will lose money and somebody have to pay this! Because i pay as well every month!

    Seems like any service today should have redundant data centers so this kind of thing never happens. The fact that there is only a single data center is very concerning. Why not just use AWS?

    When time permits, please let me know what hosting provider you used. Their lack of redundancy may have also affected other web services and SaaS providers as well.
