Images work on Desktop but not on Mobile?

    Hi,

    I’ve just started to use the FIFU plugin, free version so far but happy to purchase pro if needed to fix this.

    Currently the website shows FIFU images on desktop but it doesn’t show images on mobile/tablet/tv browser

    I’ve hosted my images on Google Photos and grabbed the URL from there.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi, @kamkashem.

    Please make sure your images are public, I mean, they can be accessed by everyone.

    Thank you so much, Google Photos changes direct link regularly but Google Drive doesn’t seem to, making it public and using a converter https://sites.google.com/site/gdocs2direct/
    to change google drive link to direct link then pasting this in FIFU plugin worked 🙂 @marceljm

    Thanks for letting me know. So, indeed, images from Google Photos shouldn’t be used. Instagram is doing the same by the way. For this reason we’ve started FIFU Cloud project.

    Correct. Many users have images from Google Drive and the URLs doesn’t change. I believe you don’t need the converter, because FIFU makes a similar conversion internally (Google Drive sharing URL to image URL).
