All my images from my site have disappeared after doing a bulk smush. All images are still visible under my Media.

Steps I have tried to resolve:
    – I have deactivated the plugin – no luck
    – I have used the Regenerate Thumbnail plugin – no luck
    – I have read the suggestions by support on previous threads with the same issue – no luck
    – I have removed the image from the content and have re-uploaded – no luck

In light of the above, as well as “0 of 15 support threads in the last two months have been resolved.” I am giving this plugin a rating of 0 stars and will permanently remove it from my site.

    Hey there jesahs,

Sorry to hear you’re having these issues 🙁

We would definitely want to investigate this further. Would you mind contacting us through our contact form https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/ using this template so we can see if there is anything else we can do for you:

    Subject: “Attn: Bojan”
    -link to your site
-link back to this thread for reference
    -any other relevant urls

Select “I have a different question” for your topic – this and the subject line ensure that it gets assigned to me.

    Best regards,

    Hi Bojan,

Thanks for your quick response. It turns out, and this was my oversight, that W3 Total Cache was the culprit. In my shock and concern, I seem to have hastily placed all blame on WP Smush.

My resolution was to disable the “JS minify”

I’d like to remove my poor rating since it was NOT WP Smush that was responsible for this problem. Although, I wonder if perhaps the WP Smush resulted in the JS minify failing?

    Hey again jesahs,

Glad you managed to figure that one out 🙂

It’s definitely possible that JS minification prevents scripts in out plugin to work properly, I’ve had similar issues with other plugins as well when using W3 Total Cache (which is amazing plugin by the way) and JS minification.

If you want you can edit the rating by clicking on the “Add your own review” again and it will work like an edit instead of allowing you to write a new one, it would mean a lot to us 🙂

    Have a great day!

    Cheers,
    Bojan
