• HELP!! I am in no ways a WordPress or IT person, and have been left in the lurch with my theme as it’s developer/designer no longer supports it, and the local guy working on it was crap.

In saying that, I have upgraded WordPress versions previously and not had any issues, but I upgraded to 4.0 2 nights ago, and now when I create a new post and insert the feature image – as the way I have always done – all goes to plan, but there’s no image to see, however when you click on it, it comes up.

Being an eCommerce site, the visual is most important for someone to see the product.

Here’s a link to one I’ve been trying to rectify, see what i mean: http://www.everythingboys.com.au/shop/sale-items/old-skool-policeman-back-pack

Any help or advice would be GREATLY appreciated 🙂
    Thanks

    Hi everythingboys

Looking at the source of the image it seems to be a cache error:

Do you use any cache plugins?

    Try:
    – flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or browser caches.

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
