I’m certain they are still linked… can you please share a link to the page with the issue. Thanks!

Doesn’t look like they are linked in the back-end.

Well, the good news, the images are still very much there:
    http://www.daviechamber.com/wp-content/uploads/connections-images/

This images are in the “new” folder… so that means Connections properly detected the images in the older folder and moved them as it should have. So the question is, after they we moved why can not Connections detect that they are there… it could be a server permissions issue which shouldn’t be an issue since there was no permission issue in moving them in the first place and that the “new” folder is within the WordPress uploads folder which is more standard, best practice, therefore less likely to run into issues with web hosts.

    That said…

When editing an entry with a logo in the admin; are there any notices/warnings/errors displayed at the top of the page?

What is the exact shortcode you are using?

Were there any changes made to the PHP files in Connections or is it “stock”?

The following error is at the top of the page.

ERROR: No editor could be selected.

    This is the shortcode.

    [connections template=”cmap” enable_category_select=’true’]

No changes made to the PHP.

Ahhh… there you go… ERROR: No editor could be selected.

Please contact your host and make sure they have GD for PHP installed. It is extremely rare that is is not installed by default.

If it is… do yo by chance have a plugin named Media Features installed and active or perhaps any plugins similar to it?

It just occurred to me that another user was having the exact same issue and it was somehow being caused by the other plugin.

    More here:

If it is a plugin conflict… it is not one I plan on tracking down to see if I can work around in Connections because the other plugin seems to be abandoned, no updates in over 2 years, and have very few active installs.

Checking with host to make sure it’s installed. We do not have Media Features plugin installed, and nothing similar that I can see.

Looks like the GD for PHP was the issue. They installed it.

Good to here that fixed it. I suspected it might.
