Title: Images size issue Last modified: October 6, 2018 --- # Images size issue * [pre20](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pre20/) * (@pre20) * [7 years, 7 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/images-size-issue/) * I read this about image sizes: [https://help.lyrathemes.com/article/336-ideal-image-sizes](https://help.lyrathemes.com/article/336-ideal-image-sizes) * So as I have the slider, I created all my images to 1200 x 550 pixels. * The issue is that the images looks good on the slider but are croped on the thumbnails. * The recomended size for slider is not proportional for the thumbnails (760 x 400 pixels) so when the image is reduced to the minimum thumbnail size it is cropped. It would be: slider 1200 x 550 and thumbnail 760 x 348 * Is there any solution? What I want it to do is show the logo, not the penguin photo. The penguin photo is the first slider photo on my home page.
