I have no idea why my images keep getting shrunk automatically

I have changed settings in media

Please assist

Are you referring to your slider images?

Hi, no its not on the slider

its regular images I add in posts eg

http://urbanjunglemoms.co.za/index.php/2015/08/18/two-kids-under-the-age-of-2-is-a-walk-in-the-park/

Especially the images on the home page in the post list

sometimes it doesnt do it, but mostly it does?

i have just made them smaller, but i would like to be able to use full sise images without losing quality?
