    Hi @maa821!

I’d be happy to help 🙂

Let’s first check to see if there is a plugin conflict happening. Temporarily deactivate all plugins, then reactivate NextGEN Gallery only. Does the issue still appear? If so, temporarily switch to a WordPress default theme (this deactivation is only intended to quickly check to see if the issue goes away or is still present). If by deactivating the other plugins the issue does go away, reactivate each of the other plugins one at a time to locate the culprit. Keep me posted on your results 🙂

    Hi,
when I deactivated all plugins there was still the same problem with images. When I’ve changed the WordPress theme – the problem disapear. So it looks like there is a problem with NextGen plugin and my theme 🙁 Is there any chance to fix it?

    regards

I’m very sorry to hear about the conflict with the theme. 🙁 Regarding us resolving conflicts with themes, it depends on the theme and how popular it is. Please keep in mind that it’s virtually impossible for any plugin or theme developer to guarantee compatibility with all plugins and themes (literally thousands of plugins and themes) because they’re all maintained by separate developers and not all plugins and themes keep up to date or agree with one another. We do our best to keep up to date on a regular basis and we’ve been doing pretty good at that. Also, in our beta testing we install alongside our plugin some of the most popular plugins so we can keep on top of compatibility with them. Sometimes we’ll miss a conflict with a well-known plugin or theme, and we’ll want to address that as soon as possible. Please send us a bug report referring back to this forum thread and mention in your report that Becky referred you. 🙂 http://www.imagely.com/report-bug. Please note that our developers have to work in the order of priority; meaning that a bug reported by hundreds of users, or a plugin that is very popular will need to be addressed before a bug reported only by a few, so it may take some time to get back to you on this. Because of limited time in troubleshooting smaller plugins and themes, it may be that we will be unable to provide a solution, so I would encourage you to reach out to the developer of this theme as they may be able to address this conflict much sooner than we would be able to.

    Thank you for your understanding,
    Becky

    * Given the source of the conflict is not a bug in our plugin, but a conflict with a third-party theme I am going to mark this thread as resolved. Please feel free to continue to add comments below.
