• Hello,

I’m having an issue with WooCommerce Product Web Page.

This page was looking good couple days ago but it changed with its own without doing nothing.

As you can see from the link that I provided, all photos are on original size instead of using thumbnails.

I changed Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product images section again but nothing has changed.

I thought that It might be about rezing the photos and re-started for optimist photos but it doesn’t solve my issue.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I found another post and followed the instructions mentioned there. But my issue does not meet with this post.

I found another post and followed the instructions mentioned there. But my issue does not meet with this post.

The referenced issue is about a SINGLE product image being displayed larger than the actual image size, causing the image to look zoomed and blurry.

This is totally unrelated to your issue. (Also, the “solution” in that post was to contact the theme’s developer to fix the problem, so I am not sure what you tried 😀 )

In your case, it seems the single images are being displayed at their correct full width of 300px. It’s rather the carousel/sliding thumbnail images feature that’s not working, making all the images displayed at their full resolution.

I see several JavaScript and jQuery errors in the browser console. So you want to resolve these before looking anywhere else.

Begin by disabling your caching plugin and any other speed / performance / optimization plugin you may be using, and test to see if your product thumbnails work.

If the problem still persists, kindly check your browser’s console for JS errors. With the caching plugin disabled, you should now see the full path of the theme or plugin script(s) generating these errors… so you can work with the developer to address the issue.

    Standing by for feedback!

    Hi!

    Thanks for quick response.

I disabled all plugins and found out which one was responsible for the issue.

    Thanks again!
