    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out!

I understand that on product pages like this one, incorrect image thumbnails are shown for some reason and once a thumbnail is selected – a completely different image is shown.

This is quite odd and I was not able to replicate this kind of behaviour on my test site with a default Storefront theme. This makes me think that this behaviour is isolated to your WordPress/WooCommerce install.

As a first step, please check if this is still happening with all caching mechanisms disabled.

If that doesn’t help – there’s also a chance this behaviour is caused by a conflict with your theme or one of your plugins.
    Β
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Check if this is still happening

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    I hope this helps!

Resizing in library does nothing other show the pixel have been reduce but the thumbnail and picture stay the same. Even after delete from library adding back and adding back to product page….is there anyone who can help with this?

    Hi @fatima85,

Sorry for the delay here and thank you for confirming that even with a default Storefront theme enabled and all plugins except for WooCommerce disabled.

I’d assume that this is either caching or a database issue.

During the conflict test, were the drop-in and must-use plugins also disabled?

    https://d.pr/i/YA8p8v

Those usually have to be disabled via FTP by temporarily moving/deleting the plugin folder:

    Managing Plugins

    Using FileZilla

If this keeps happening ith a default Storefront theme enabled, all plugins except for WooCommerce disabled and your host tried disabling caching already – this might be a database issue and the most straightforward way to fix this is to delete the incorrectly shown images from your media library, re-upload them if they are used by other products, export your products and re-import them:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/

Let me know if you’ll have any troubles with that.

    Thank you!

    Hi @fatima85,

A couple more todo items for you if you don’t mind:

    1. Head to wp-admin >> WooCommerce >> Status >> Tools and click “Regenerate” next to Product lookup tables and Regenerate shop thumbnails.
    2. Head to wp-admin >> WooCommerce >> Status, copy the System Status report and paste it here.

    Thank you!
