Support » Plugin: User Access Manager » Images not shown after move to other domain

I developed my site in localhost and everything worked fine. But after I move the site to a new domain all the images are not shown. I did a find and replace in the database to replace the old urls with the new one. When I open the network tab in Chrome I can see I get result OK 200 and correct content-length and content-type for the images but I don’t receive the image data (the image itself).

I have User Access Manager installed and I have set Lock Files to Yes. I can see the images when I set Lock Files to No. The problem might be in the htaccess file?

Try to disable and enable the file locking again, that will regenerate the htaccess file. It could also a permission problem on the server in combination with the htaccess file.

I have tried to disable and enable file locking. I have tried to set full permission on the files in the upload folder (permission: 777).

I can see the images when I comment out these lines in htaccess:
    #RewriteRule ^([^?]*)$ /index.php?uamfiletype=attachment&uamgetfile=$1 [QSA,L]
    #RewriteRule ^(.*)\?(((?!uamfiletype).)*)$ /index.php?uamfiletype=attachment&uamgetfile=$1&$2 [QSA,L]
    #RewriteRule ^(.*)\?(.*)$ /index.php?uamgetfile=$1&$2 [QSA,L]

The problem is solved. The problem was that I had an echo in index.php.
